"The tent only camp sites across the highway were very enjoyable! They're a bit close together and you don't get much for privacy but we had quiet neighbors so not a problem, the people on the other side were being quite loud so that would have not been as cool with how close the sites are. The sound of the river mostly drowns out noise from afar. All and all it was enjoyable!"

"I think all sites were electric hookup. Bathrooms were extremely clean and never busy. Potable water is available on the front of the shower house. It's very close to the highway, which means it's noisy during the day. That being said, there's a stream that runs alongside/behind some of the sites. The sound of the water is really nice to sit and enjoy/fall asleep to. It's a decent trade off for the traffic noise during the day. Fire rings and picnic tables are provided at each site. I travelled solo and felt very safe tent camping alone."

"What a beautifully kept campground! Extremely clean, and knowledgeable camp host. Reasonably priced, and an amazing camp store close by. The only downside is.... it gets booked up fast. Absolutely loved my time stayed here♡"

"Wonderful place to park your RV and tour Custer State Park. Not crowded with hundreds of RVs, maybe 20 max. Combination tents and RV. Showers and bathrooms clean and well maintained. People who work there are super friendly and helpful. 2nd time staying there and we'd gladly stay again. Can't recommend it enough!"

"Beautiful and very clean campground. Small place, but there is plenty of room between spots. Nice walking trail nearby. Stars are amazing."
