"Excellent hotel, all around. Staff was perfect, pool was great for the kids, we did wish the pool was a few degrees warmer. The fan in our bathroom was disconnected or broken Room #323, so it was a steamy mess in there the 2 days we stayed."

"We stayed here on our way back home and went to see some of thee local sites. James greeted us on arrival and was extremely welcoming and helpful. The elevator was put and he was able to move us to the 1st floor and offered to help bring the bags up if he couldn't. It was clean and the rooms were nice. Water pressure in the shower was not so great but overall great stay. Definitely go see Crazy Horse while here."

"Absolutely beautiful lobby. Reminds me of an expensive hunting lodge. Squeaky clean, friendly staff and beautiful surroundings. Breakfast could be better, but it's adequate."

"Our family of 4 visited in mid October. We got a 2 Queen room with a sofa bed. The room had a balcony overlooking the patio & waterfall out back. I'm sure the waterfall is beautiful in the summer, but it was turned off by this time of year. Housekeepers were friendly & hard working. We got our room serviced every day. Rooms are well designed & updated, but the sofa bed was a bit dilapidated & sloped down toward the head of the bed. Breakfast was adequate, but because they were busy, they were often out of things & the staff was not always on top of things there. Our daughter enjoyed the pool & hotub. They also have a nice exercise room that was kept at a cool temp. Nice for hard workouts. Great location for Custer State Park."

"This hotel was a lifesaver after our original hotel in the area turned out to be a disaster. We were able to book a room here last minute and thank goodness we did!! The room was super clean and seemed to be recently renovated with lots of modern touches, like the lighted mirrors in the bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area."
