"The store and selection is amazing. Prices are what you would expect for for the type of meats and cheeses available. Great taste on almost everything sold on the store side. However, skip the deli. Salad bar left something to be desired and the lettuce was not crisp. It appeared to be left over from the day prior. Ordered a hot dog and cheese curds too--both were luke warm at best. Hot dog was nearly cold."

"My husband and I rarely eat out. We had been looking forward to having lunch at Dakoata Butchers for months. It was so very disappointing. The main entree looked picked over, dried out, and overpriced.( We were there at 12:50 on a Saturday). We went for the hamburger. It was terrible. Dry bun, barely warm meat, and too salty. No condiments. GUY behind counter was bored and disintegrated. Went to the bathroom to wash my hands, and it was dirty. Door knob and the inside of the door was covered in barbecue sauce. Trash can over flowing, and dirty toilet. For $18! McDonald's would have been an improvement. Bummer"

"This has been my favorite place lately! Fresh meat, friendly staff and so many possibilities for lunch/dinner. I stopped eating out recently And I’ve been eating primarily meats from DB and I feel a better change in my health, mood and energy levels. Real fresh beef, not scary Walmart meat ha ha I even bought their big T bones for Christmas gifts! Thank you guys!"

"220822 GREAT LUNCH - I didn't like all they had to offer, but for a butcher "shop", delis and cafes better look out food-wise. Got there just after 11:00 (LUNCH ENDS AT 2:00) and it was as fast as I decided. Got the Pulled Pork sandwich, tender meat and the bread was so soft, it just melted. None of that hard take over the flavor profile stuff. Very, very happy. (Now to just remember that the salad bar is open from 5pm to 7pm.)"
