She only knows the words "Hello" and "Would you like a receipt?" And she says both phrases at a barely audible level and without making eye contact. She clearly hates her job, so why not help her out and usher her out the door?"

"most staff here is great, but the tall lanky guy with glasses has no business in customer service as he is rude and angry half the time. I'm sure that I am not the only customer lost due to his antics. Your employees are the face of your company."

"My favorite place in Rapid City to get iced tea. Using bags to hold the tea in the containers makes a huge difference in quality, flavor, and sanitation. The crushed ice option is brilliant I like having choices on my drinks. This gas station is easy to miss when driving by. The gas station next to this one overshadows it and is usually far more busy. This Loaf 'N Jug is run down, cramped and in much need for a remodel. But, I like that I can come in and always be greated with a smile. I can joke with the employees. They're all very human and treat me likewise."
