LL Flooring

"Horrible customer service. Product was coming apart (Floating floor) They would not even come out and look at how it was not clicking together because we had an independent contractor put it in. Who has installed many floors and knows what he is doing. Since we had an independent contractor put it in I was told it voided our warranty. I was also told I should not put anything heavy on it like an elliptical. IT'S A FLOOR heavy things go on floors. Worst decision ever to buy from them."

"I purchased $6,000+ worth of solid Acacia flooring from here, my installer followed LL Flooring's instructions regarding acclimation and installation. My flooring now looks like garbage, there are huge gaps between every single plank; dirt, dust, etc. gets between the planks, they are impossible to clean. I've had numerous specialists/installers look at it and they all say the same thing: the flooring was not properly dried before it was sold. I've brought this to the attention of LL Flooring and they refuse to do anything about it. I saved for years to be able to put wood floors in my house, I'm heartbroken and devastated by this enormous waste of my money. EDIT: As you can see, LL Flooring invited me to reach out to them regarding this review, which I did, and they have not responded."
