"NEW OWNER. Couldn't get any worse. Removed countertops before ensuring new countertops were not defective (looks like they were damaged in transit). They blamed the local manufacturer (Liars- they threw the countertops on a dolly without any protection). Had to demand they put sink and defective supporting counter back in and, shocking...the plumbing leaked . Weeks later, counterops are finally installed. There is a mitered edge that needs whats called formfill to blend. Told us to call and have the manufacturer fill it. BTW-these are the guys that Formatop of Sioux Falls recommended. When I reached out regarding the defective countertops, they basically blew me off . Both companies were a complete and utter failure."

"They say on their website that they bring samples to you so that should can make all your decisions in the comfort of your home. I called and said that we were looking at replacing the countertop in our kitchen and we wanted to lighten it up as well as that we wanted laminate. When the gentleman showed up he didn’t have anything. He chatted with me a little and I told him about one laminate I had seen before but wanted some other options. He said that if we get to the point of checking out laminate he would send me to another store but it was in Sioux Falls (I’m in Brandon). He then asked me what edge I wanted and when I replied that I wasn’t sure and would need to see some samples he tried to explain some then took two minutes to turn in his tablet and find some options pictures. The whole experience was completely in professional. Skip these people and just go into a store."
