"Longest wait times ever Also WHY are there phone booth phones to talk in the drive thru now?!? Yall really reverted to 1999?!?!? Screw that lol. Use literally any other pharmacy than this outdated junk."

"I called in about my prescription at 9:15. I spoke with Adrean (sp). She was able to help with the script bringing it from almost $300 to less than $10. She then said it would be ready in 70 minutes. Very kind and helpful service from a nice employee."

"They get a new phone system at the pharmacy and can’t access voicemail. So my dr calls, no one answers, as usual, so he leaves a voicemail and no one can access it. I wait all day for my prescription and find out they never got it because they implemented a new system without testing it first. My mom called her prescriptions in for a refill and two days later they still only have one done. It’s always 20 minutes. I’m not shopping while I wait. I think that’s the goal. Go spend while you wait."

"The pharmacy tech in training I spoke to on the phone had a very rude and condescending tone, not sure if it was intentional or if she is just having a rough day but it was very unnecessary. Her name was Tracy or Tammy. That coupled with the fact they are constantly out of stock on a wide range of medications is why I am leaving this review. It has gotten to the point I have to plan an entire day around filling my monthly prescriptions (if I can even get them) and navigating this shortage of controlled substances is a nightmare. Two months in a row they have been out of stock on one of my medications and I had to call about every other day to check in (which made me feel so uncomfortable) until one day it was in stock again but wouldn’t have been filled unless I called ??? Why can’t this be an automatic process so the responsibility isn’t on the patient to call in every day to see if their medicine is finally available."

"I like this newer store and the convenience of location and the pharmacy staff that I see a lot, the are so nice and friendly. The store can be crowded, but with some patience, you can work around this small problem as you shop your heart out."
