"Phat Cat Swinger is a superbly talented group of musicians that has a wide repertoire. Great performance in Yankton..This was Yankton Concert Association event."
"Great place to take the kids! The pool is shaped like a U, with a big slide located where the U bends. There is also a smaller slide, and a mushroom waterfall thing for the littler kids. Usually it is $7 per person to get in, but sometimes they run specials where it is only $3. Open swim is from 12pm-3pm. The kids will sleep well if you bring them for the whole 3 hours, trust me. This is a popular place for birthday parties; they have a couple party rooms in the back that can be opened up and combined for larger groups. I have photos, but they're mostly me trying in vain to get pictures of my kids from across the pool."
"A wonderful gym. Grabbed a day pass while in town. The weight room is old school and loaded with equipment. Many Hammer Strength machines (even overheard pull-down and seated shrug). Great facility."
"Best place to work out overall. Alot of the machines are old yet still clean and effective. Great if you are an adult for swimming laps. Wish they had the newer more precise machines anytime fitness has but great value for what you get."
"I use the Summit Center only for its gym, so I cannot comment on the pool. The gym is really quite nice. A good selection of equipment for strength and cardio training. They have one stair stepper, many elipticals, a few arc type trainers, treadmills, and stationary bikes. They have a good free weight section, including 6 or so squat racks and a Smith machine. They have 2 flat benches, one decline, and one incline. They have 2 leg presses also. They have two cable towers, which are sometimes crowded. They have probably 5-6 free weight benches. They seem to have 2-3 sets of free weights, which is really nice. They allow chalk and have belts available--another bonus. There is a track as well. It rarely is crowded, and it is well priced. Only downside is the hours! They close at 4pm on Saturday and Sunday during the summer and 8 pm during the week (during the summer also)."
