"I'm honestly tired of getting help from inexperienced workers. They need to hire people who know what basic parts look like. I had asked this young lady to look up a specific part and she rings up a whole different part. Which obviously wasn't very helpful."

This time was entirely different. Walked in, right away got a hello and asked what I was looking for, Windshield wipers.. looked up the numbers FOR ME told me the wipers that were on sale, grabbed them for me, when I was paying for them asked if he could install them for me. I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO ASK! Such a great fast experience. Unfortunately I didn't get his name, they should give him a raise. Lol."
