"Coming here was one of the biggest mistakes in my life! I saw the low reviews but decided to give them a chance anyway and that was a very big mistake. Worst medical facility ever, it's third world, I've never been treated so poorly. They do not care about the patients, the place smells of urine like a dirty bathroom and the nurses, desk staff, providers and "higher ups" are like feral street trash. They operate like some kind of mob, very vindictive and extremely unprofessional. Do yourself a favor RUN!!!!"

"My experiencing was truly awful. The staff were alright but the nurses and staff were incredibly unprofessional. A nurse walked in and announced to everyone "mame you need to come back here and take a piss test!!" The same nurse was blowing snot out here nose during my vitals check! Disgusting! the Nurse practitioner was very condescending, patronizing, and just assumed I was there because of my weight (was super rude about it) and treated me like I was a child. Whole place felt like a scam to be honest."

"I scheduled my first appointment with Dr Farley’s office stuff and was truly disappointed when upon my arrival to an appointment they said they would not see me as I was 7 min late for an appointment!! I had taken a day off work to make it to this appointment and they refused to see me bc Taylor, their registered nurse said that they are already full and suggested to reschedule. The next available date was in 1.5 month !!! Their front office stuff was unprofessional and I didn’t like how they treated me. Stay away from this office !"

"Saw a provider the 22nd of May. Scheduled a x-ray of my neck and an arthrogram (MRI with contrast) of my left shoulder for a labral tear (most important issue). Penrad called me the next day and let me know the order was sent in wrong, as it was sent for only a normal MRI, no contrast. This is a big issue as a labral tear won't show without contrast. Fast forward to 2 days shy of a month later and I'm still having to call the provider every few days to check up on the MRI order. I keep being told by them "we sent it right" and "Well Penrad will just have to call us because we "can't" call them" They also said that they've already sent "too many" referrals to Penrad and they won't send anymore. Called Penrad again today and they said they got another referral the 16th and one the 17th for the SAME THING again. Just normal MRI of left shoulder that won't see a labral tear. I had an appointment scheduled today to go over my neck x-ray and left shoulder MRI, as well as a normal physical and blood tests, and when I called to confirm the MRI instructions had been updated (they said they had been) and to reschedule since I hadn't been seen for the most important issue (the left labral tear) they told me there's be a $25 fee since it's within 24 hours. I wouldn't have had to reschedule or cancel if they'd have been able to send a MRI referral correctly in a MONTHS timeframe. If you want an unorganized office staff that only half-a***** their jobs, and only lackluster medical care, then this is the right place for you. Otherwise RUN as far and as fast as you can away from here."
