"Came in with my very sick daughter, got treated right away, Dr. And and all staff were very kind to my daughter making feel comfortable and better. We didn't get discharged until she was feeling better. Thank you to all for their dedication."

"Wife went in with stomach pain at 1 am. She had pain in her stomach and vomiting. They took her blood and urine and asked a few times if she was pregnant. They gave her medicine for pain and her nausea. Once her pain was under control they told us to leave. No answers or recommendations. They only tested her urine and never the blood. She continued to have pain so we went to the doctor and her doctor sent us immediately to the hospital where she needed to get her appendix removed. Nurses and doctor at this facility did not seem to care what was wrong with her. More so treat the problem she was experiencing rather then figuring out the actual cause which could of been a extremely bad situation if we didn't go to the doctor. Room had speckles of blood on the floor and bathroom had gravel in it as staff told stories to each other of vacations, past patients. Unless you are dying I would drive the extra way to a place that cared about patients coming into their facility."

"Went in to treat some deep lacerations on my hand I experienced from falling on glass. Waited over an hour with no communication about extended wait times. Some individuals were called prior to me being there. Mind you I’m a nurse and I understand how these things operate but the fact that no communication was implied to patients I would say skip on this one . I ended up leaving after and hour and a half and went to another emergency room/urgent care"

"I’m from out of town and unfortunately needed ER services. The staff at UC Health ER - Green Valley Ranch Rd was absolutely amazing. The ease of check in was surprising. Every staff member there was courteous, compassionate and understanding. Shout out to Jennifer (RN), Lucas (PA), Ariana (lab), Vance (a great TN native rad tech). An ER visit is never a pleasant experience but this staff made it one and is greatly appreciated!!"

"I visited the urgent care recently and unfortunately didn't have the best experience. I REALLY would not recommend this location. The staff was polite, but I felt there was a lack of thoroughness in the care provided. I ended up seeking a second opinion from my primary doctor to get a more comprehensive understanding of my situation. I believe there's room for improvement in terms of communication and diagnostic procedures at the urgent care. Providing more detailed information and ensuring a thorough examination could enhance the overall patient experience. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe it can contribute to the continuous improvement of the services provided."
