"Just a terrible experience at every turn with Kaiser. My 83 year old mother in law was recently moved to assisted living. She was in severe pain due to arthritis in both knees and hips. She’s non weight bearing due to the pain. We could not reach anyone to help her at Kaiser for over a week and never did her pcp see her. We ended up seeing another doc who told us there would be help for her to transfer from the car to the appointment. There was not help. In fact, the receptionist said loudly over and over “We don’t do that.” Between my husband and I we had to lift my MIL into a wheelchair. Completely dangerous and we would not have gone there if we knew there was NO help. Between unresponsive medical care and lack of help my MIL is not well cared for when she needs it most."

"The LPN who did my vitals and got me set in the patient room was great - friendly, funny and competent. I'm sorry I don't recall his name. My doctor, Dr. Rauche, is amazing and I always appreciate seeing her. She's relaxed, I never feel rushed. She knows my medical history and describes my options clearly. I feel so fortunate to have her as my primary physician. Labs were ordered and I love that I can leave the patient room and go to the lab in the same building and they already have the order and know what to do. I have always had a good experience with the lab here and at all the Kaiser clinics I've used."
