"Caution!! Do Not Recommend this place… they’re shady!! Wegovy is not 100% Wegovy… it’s compounded. I’ve been working with DTC Medical Weight Loss for over a year on Wevovy. I stopped loosing weight a few month ago and have been on the highest dose for several months so I decided to stop and lower my dose to tapper off the medication. I called several times to get the best option for this process and spoke to several employees. When I went in to get my lower dose, Dana was not at all helpful and told me I’m “clearly not dedicated to the program”. Nothing could be further from the truth. I’ve been eating healthy, exercising daily, and taking the shots weekly. Perhaps I’m no longer loosing weight because this place “compounds” the Wegovy and I have not been getting a full dose. Wegovy is supposed to be clear and mine was pinkish red. This means it was mixed or watered down with B12 or another supplement. I found this out after visiting a couple other weight loss clinics. I only lost 25 pounds in a year. According to second and third opinions, I should have lost twice that amount of weight easily even without changing my diet or exercise. Maybe instead of pointing fingers at patients they should just provide the correct and pure form of medication they advertise or at least tell you the medication is compounded… aka… watered down."

"Zero stars. I signed up for the monthly subscription and it was nothing but a hassle working with the admin staff. First they messed up my initial consult and even tho they sent me the confirmation, it never got on the books so I had to call them after waiting 30 minutes. To actually get them to mail me my prescription took almost daily calls and then they messed up my dose sending me half with the correct amount and the other half had only a fraction of what I was supposed to receive. Don’t give them your money, actually receiving what you paid for is a giant hassle."

"These offices are fraud, they are dispensing saline. Darren the owner is using a NP Dana Nelson to write persciptions and they are going through Groupon to defraud and mislead custoners. I will be filing a complain through the BBB, Attorney General, and Minority Business Office to further investigate. I had a persciption in December and went to speak to them because all of this came to light and Darren kicked me out of their office."

"Zero Stars: Fraud: Please do not seek services for any of the Semaglutide weight loss injections through their new subscription service. I paid and ordered on December 20th. I called and they stated 5-7 business days to deliver because of holidays. I never received any shipment or confirmation of shipment or tracking information. I called on 12/26 (I have phone records) and was told by front desk there was no shipping or tracking information available and to check back after holidays. I checked back on 1/2 and the office told me it was delivered. I asked for tracking to confirm with USPS. Package had been shipped on 12/22 and delivered 12/26 to a mailbox. It was not delivered, no signature required, no proof of delivery on a $300 refrigeration required injectable. If I called on 12/26 and no tracking information was available how did it get delivered. I have called twice asking for a managers phone number and I’m not given one but told I’d receive a call back. I called today due to no call back and was told Manager told me to tell you they aren’t going to help, refund or send out another package. This is absolute fraud and I don’t want anyone to lose this money like I have."

"Buyers beware please make sure you reading everything in anything it’s very deceiving. Groupon says you can buy this product two more times. The doctor says to stay on this product for a minimum of three months to see best results after getting the second Groupon and coming in for my second 4wk dosage I was informed that the Groupon is no good until another six months and I would have to pay double the amount. I asked to speak with the doctor because I was then freaked out about what was going to happen because I stopped taking it. They told me it would then cost me $50 just to talk to the doctor. They do have it posted on a little card on the desk taped to it which is some thing that people don’t pay attention to their paying attention to the people that are providing the service so I just caution you please please please don’t do this unless you have a lot of money and don’t be misled"
