Reviews
"This is a review of Lyndsey Roetker at National Jewish. I have seen many providers at this hospital over many years. I have been told to my face once “it’s not like you have lung cancer.” Turned out, I had lung cancer. I share that horrible experience with you because compared to Lyndsey, that provider wasn’t nearly as bad(and having your complaints of recurring pneumonia shrugged off when it was a life threatening disease is pretty darn bad). Lyndsey wins the prize for the worst yet despite all of that. Lyndsey diagnosed me with osteoporosis six months ago. I still have not received an infusion to strengthen my bones. What I have received, requests for tests, promises I will be contacted when she figures out the medication and never receiving the call. I’ve been brushed off by her staff. I’ve even been told I am at fault, that it’s my fault and I was supposed to reschedule with her. I’ve been nice and agreed to come in, even though all she has to do is figured out the medication and schedule the infusion, only to be told she won’t see me because it’s FIVE MINUTES past my 2pm appointment. This is the worst provider. This provider will diagnose you and schedule you to see her all day but she won’t actually follow through and fix anything. Even though it’s pretty simple. So, long story short: do not recommend this provider to anyone who needs to actually get better or see progress. This is the type of provider who doesn’t follow through, she will easily promise you something but she won’t get it done. She will book you for unnecessary appointments six months after your initial appointment because in that time, she did absolutely nothing but it’s been six months so you need to come in….basically, just working insurance and not trying to help you. Her staff is the worst with communication as well. I’m reporting her to DORA. Do not see her. I also need to add that in the time from her diagnosis to today, I have had a complete reverse shoulder replacement because I fell and my entire upper arm and shoulder shattered due to my right ankle shattering and the hardware breaking on top of it. You would think in such a dire situation, a caring medical professional would recognize the urgency. Right? But I guess I am wrong."
"UPDATE: reducing my review to 1 star. It is literally impossible to connect / speak with your provider. I have sent many portal messages to Lyndsey and her team with little to no response. I am waiting on an MRI authorization to move forward with my treatment and I have been waiting almost 3 weeks (I am also without my meds at this time). If I could get in to ANY other office I would. I am in extreme discomfort but nobody seems to care."
"Dr. did not bother to read chart from referring office. Long wait times for appointments."
