"I would absolutely not recommend this practice. From my very first appointment 4+ years ago there have always been issues with scheduling or medical care/advice. The office manager Nikki is very unprofessional, dishonest and unable to resolve simple scheduling issues or take responsibility for their errors. The final straw: they cancelled appointments 3x in a span of a week and an half, either without notice (I was already at the office) or very last minute (15 minutes before appointment). They were unapologetic. One time they told me there was a building issue and they weren’t taking patients at all but when I got there the waiting room was full of patients waiting to be seen."

"The provider is good but not the clinic directors the directors discriminate against people who have developmentally disabilities and they make up things that other patients are intimidated by the disability of another patient and I am letting everyone who is developmentally disabled to not go here for care. The doctors there are known for discontinuing all medications that are needed to harm the patients that they no longer treat"

"I haven't even been yet, but I'll be looking elsewhere. Your scheduling person is horrible (Mikki? Nikki?). Impolite, sounds like they're working from a bathtub, and she had constant pings, bells, and sounds coming from her computer while we were trying to talk. She never addressed this or apologized for it, even after I brought it up as the reason I had to keep asking her to repeat herself. (Humility would do you wonders.) The entire experience was very unprofessional and gave me no confidence in receiving any kind of health care here, so I'm going somewhere where your employees can at least talk on the phone."
