"The neurologists are great but good luck getting an appointment. I called for an appointment yesterday and was given one for first thing Monday morning. I had just changed jobs and the receptionist and I agreed that I would call her first thing the next morning to give her my new insurance information and understood that if I did not, she would cancel my appointment. I talked to my Benefits department which put in a rush job and created a new health membership for me. Of course, next morning at 9am, I called the receptionist to give her my insurance information. She flatly tells me that she already cancelled my appointment the day before without bothering to call me and let me know because her supervisor told her to.
