"My primary care physician left for his own personal reasons and I assumed that they would help assign me a new PCP, I had sent a message through the portal for some prescription renewals and I never got a response, so on 3/19 I called the office only to be told, there is no doctor for me and I would have to find a doctor elsewhere. I was flabbergasted. The person who took my call was rude and uncaring. Ever since the location transitioned to Advent Health from Centura, the service has went down hill. The new organization is a total farce. I would not recommend at all. If you think that they care about your health, guess again. They are pathetic!"

"I had been a patient with Dr. Patel for years, but he left and the clinic completely dropped me as a patient. They won't even set up an appointment for me with a new doctor. Great quality of care. On top of it, when I requested copies of my records they wouldn't tell me how to get them and are going to charge me for them, but won't tell me what the cost will be. Ridiculous treatment after being a patient here for so long."

"Apparently this place used to be very good, and (based on reviews) has some good physicians. I hear it got sold a couple of years back. I am only allowed to see an NP, and have been told I will never be allowed to see any of their doctors, and that it has been 3+ years since any of their doctors have accepted any new patients. So far, it has been disappointing. N.P. & MA are very nice. I like them, but sometimes they seem to be in over their heads regarding administrative details, medical knowledge, and workload. Didn't know how to send a request to a DME provider - and didn't ask others at the practice for help. I am actively looking for a different PCP practice - but I am taking time to do it right because good ones seem hard to find. It's a shame, nice people, convenient location. Edit 2/5/24 : I did exactly what the "owner" asked. I then provided detailed information to the person that contacted me. The response so far : none."

I highly recommend Dr. Patel if you are looking for a doctor who really cares!"
