"The wait time for routine bloodwork that I scheduled for in advance this ok well over an hour. The staff was friendly and helpful but unfortunately their wait times are out of control!"
"I was only here for an employment drug screening. And the person that did that for me, was nice and overall pleasant. However that was it. The two people who seemed to be the receptionists were some of the rudest people I'd ever met. Their tones were condescending and they would flat out rudely tell older members who were struggling with the check in machine "It's not that hard". I was appalled that anyone in any level of medical field would treat people like that."
"This place is an absolute nightmare. I checked in at 9:30 this morning for a pre employment drug test that needed to be done by 11, I've never waited more than 20 mins anywhere else for a pee test so I assumed that would be fine. It is now 12:20 and I'm still waiting. the entire line was inefficient and made no sense. People that came in with 10:30 appointments were being sent straight back to be helped while people that had 9:30 appointments were still waiting to be checked in. I will definitely not be visiting this location again. but if you decide to come here, make sure your entire day is wide open because you will be waiting a long time."
"Had to wait quite a while for my appointment but after seeing many people walk up to the desk to yell at the staff I more felt bad than anything. Christa was professional and patient with me since I let her know blood draws make me anxious. The whole staff was really kind and accommodating, switching me to the room with the bed so I could lie down and be more comfortable. They only have three rooms available for blood draws and it looks like many offices forward there patients here, so I can understand the wait. Honestly I’d just be nice to the people who will stick you with the needle."
"I’ve read a lot of reviews before my visit and was prepared to wait ~1,5h. It took me 2h total with tests and everyone was kind, friendly and respectful! Poked from 1st time and all rooms I’ve been in are clean and nice. Girls do their best, you wait not because they are slow or lazy, just there’s a lot of people( think it’s important to leave an honest review cause I was so scared before and in fact there was no reason for that."
