"The pharmacy is glacially slow. In the interest of inefficiency, Denver Health now operates two pharmacies and two labs within a block of each other. It can take much longer to get your prescription than to be seen for your appointment -- I had an appointment at 9:20AM and at 1:35PM, after waiting 45 minutes to get to the pharmacy window, I was asked if I wanted to wait for my prescription -- having to wait 4 hours for a prescription to be filled is just ridiculous. The Denver Health pharmacy turns what should be a morning's commitment into a most-of-the-day ordeal."

"Had a second COVID Pfizer vaccination shot here today for my ten year old. It was awesome! Unlike Walgreens where we waited for over an hour, we got right in and redirected our vaccination almost immediately. The pediatrician was amazing and was able to distract Sonya well while putting in the syringe. She gave us three points to remember. Keep moving the arm up and down, in and out, even jumping Jacks. Two, drink lots of fluids. Three, don’t lose the vaccination card. I took a picture immediately and emailed it to my wife so we both have it. My little one didn’t complain at all."
