"There’s a reason Dr. Jen is mentioned a million times, and that’s it. I was a patient in 2019, and she was amazing. The clinic never let patients know she was leaving, and it went downhill from there. I just received a patient portal message from them. Update your information. That’s ridiculous."

"Nathalie is the best! She is always so positive and willing to find out what you really need. She asks great questions and will give you the extra time if needed. She really knows acupuncture, but can either refer or provide other treatment as needed. Excellent service given with a wonderful smile every visit!"

"This place is a total waste of time and money and in no way helpful. First experience I am seen due to pain in ear. The "Dr" looked in my ear for about half a second and said he saw nothing and just sent me home. I went to a real Doctor a few days later and they found wax that needed to come out. Second I have a call in appointment with Dr. Eric Hernandez. Who didn't want to listen to what I was telling him and pretty rude at end of call. He is also the "Dr" I'm fairly certain that did nothing for my ear. These are not primary care physicians. You see a different doctor everytime that knows nothing about you. They are definitely in it for the money. If you are paying for this through work save your money and find a real doctor when in need!"

They call you back immediately and do whatever they can quickly to call in prescriptions, make referrals, and help you quickly with any and all medical issues. Their service is wonderful and very reasonable for what they provide. Just knowing you can call or email anytime is such a comfort. This is especially helpful while traveling. I cannot say enough positive things about Foundation Health! Best decision I have made personally for my health."
