"Hot lobby and no seating while you wait for the staff to check on your parts request. Stairs so no wheelchair accessibility. Mostly online. Huge selection of appliance parts. Used to be much better, but since COVID yeah not so much."
"Terrible experience. Ordered washer and dryer from them. Was told it would arrive on a Monday between 10-12. Monday came and 12 o'clock passed. Called the sales team they said my dryer was in route. An hour passed and then I called the driver. Driver said they had two more stops and couldnt give me a time estimate of when my washer and dryer would show up. Called the sales team they said they would get to the bottom of it and call me back on Tuesday. Got no call on Tuesday and no one answered 1 of my 5 calls. Finally got a hold of someone on n Wednesday and the salesperson gave me attitude from the start. Told me it wasn't there fault and I needed to take the whole day off work for something like this because they rarely meet their time frames. Asked for a refund and said fine and hung up on me. Terrible experience."
"Chris at the Evans avenue store and Payton at the Thornton store were super helpful in locating the stove element I needed to fix my friend's stove! Payton even double checked the Evans store had it on hand before I drove down there. Excellent service."
"Sam in the parts department is amazing! He was amazing on the phone and knew who we were when we arrived. Very knowledgeable and so nice to deal with. He is an incredible example of excellent customer service. You can tell he truly likes his job. Even working on Sunday! Very refreshing! He is a keeper!"
