"I had them place an order for a replacement knob for a range. The part number for the knob had been discontinued. I got the knob home after picking it up from appliance factory parts and it almost fit, but it was not the correct part. I returned to the store and after some searching, the right part was located and ordered. I was credited for my original purchase and the new knob was ordered. Although the new part was a few dollars more, an even swap was made for the new part. Jared went above and beyond to make the transaction a positive one for me. I will be returning."

"UPDATE 01/18/2022: Johnathan did such a great job and he was even able to fix the shut off valve for the dish washer. Couldn't have been more impressed with their service excellence! The sales staff was very helpful in picking our washer and dryer. They helped us with the financing and even took more off the already low prices. Jose and Andy delivered our new set up and were clean and prompt. We would definatley use this place again."

"I was needing a repair kit for our Kenmore dryer. I called Sears parts and was told I would have to order the part online and wait for delivery. They had nowhere that I could pick up the part in a metro area with 2 million+ population. I called Appliance Factory Parts and was told they had the very repair kit I needed in the store. I drove on over, picked up the part and had our dryer running like new an hour after getting home. I recommend that you give them a call before going the internet route. They might have just the part you need."

"Very informative, knowledgeable, attentive, helpful and friendly. Needing a bed after 13 years on the same mattress, I didn't know what I wanted, needed or where to start. I felt very comfortable with the process and educated on what was best for my personal situation. I was even able to save some money by purchasing the floor model since it was nearly the last of that bed they had, now I can get new sheets and a comforter! The delivery guys were very professional and honest as well even calling back after delivering to make sure they were not responsible for a broken walk way light which they were not.
