"Purchase was seamless. Everything else feels like a total scam! 1. I found a fridge on the website and called in to confirm the measurements. The sales guy on the phone initially said that it "should fit," to which I replied that I need a confirmed measurement. He puts me on hold (presumably to use and actual tape measure to confirm dimensions), then comes back to confirm that it will, indeed fit. I go in the next day to pay for the unit and deliver/install. 2. My tenant takes a day off for delivery, only to find out that they will NOT install a fridge connected to a plastic or copper waterline, and that they will NOT access a crawl space to shut off the water for the install. NONE of these details were given to me when I paid for the DELIVERY and INSTALL. They took the fridge back and left my tenants hanging with a faulty fridge, but also left with a promise to contact me to reschedule the delivery. I wait three business days and never hear a thing - so I take it upon myself to call them. I received some eyerolling apologies and rescheduled the delivery - which was still another week out. 3. Fridge is set to be delivered, my tenant takes another afternoon off of work, only to find out that the original sales guy never actually measured the fridge - it does not fit as it measured over 35" when the original sales guy told me it was less than 35" and assured me it would fit. I call and throw a fit, and a very apologetic sales guy assured me that he was going to make it right. He promised that he would go through the entire inventory at all of their locations to find a fridge that is comparable to what I purchased, but that will actually fit. I spoke to him on a Friday, he promised to get back to me on that following Monday. 4. Two Mondays have since passed, and 10 days total, and I still did not hear anything and was forced to call them again. A very unapologetic sales guy agreed to refund the money, but made absolutely no effort to acknowledge their screw up, or the fact that my tenant has now been a full month with a faulty fridge. As a matter of fact, he only had a record of a purchase and a delivery, but not anything else that has been going down. He gave me a number for someone in "corporate" (he first said president, then CEO, then manager). I'm probably not going to hold my breath."

"Horrible experience. I would not recommend them at all. Also, we found the parts on Amazon’s at 1/4 of what we paid them for the parts that we needed. I needed a part to fix my dryer and came into the store with the model number and the part number that I needed. Brought it home and it did not fix the dryer at all after I told him what was wrong with it. Sold me another part to then find out it still didn’t fix the dryer. Obviously, they don’t take the parts back or give you a refund after we spent $100."

"Update again: They refunded the dishwasher. Andrew has always been helpful. However their management has been ignoring our message about water damage and no word for reimbursement. Update after 2 weeks: There have been multiple issues with our order. #1 We were told at the store the installation of the microwave and dishwasher is $120 total, in fact the installation company charged us $90 each. #2 We were told if the dishwasher is too high, they will trim it to fit under the counter. They couldn't. We had to take it back. #3 We already paid for the dishwasher and there is no return, we have to wait for the store to have a similar one. This we kinda knew, but we didn't realize the wait could be indefinite. So keep that in mind. #4 This is the worst. The installer didn't reconnect the water hose on the old dishwasher properly after the failed attempt to install the new one. Caused water damage flooded basement. Someone came to take pictures but nothing followed. No idea how much we will lose in the end. I may update again based on how fast and easy this is resolved. "The staff member who helped us was able to get us $50 off an appliance set and was able to set up a later-date delivery for a few weeks out. Customer service seems to be excellent. I haven’t gotten the appliances yet, so will update the review when I have gotten and used them. Over-all an easy experience all around."
