"I work somewhere where I have to call in prescriptions and apparently the pharmacy is too lazy to take it over the phone so when they finally answer me, they tell me that I have to leave a voicemail when voicemail is left they call back saying that a number was never left to call them back by, Obviously, the number to call back and the gentleman that works. There is just very very rude. Every time we have to call in a prescription when I have to call in prescriptions thereIt is my least favorite place to call."

"They treat every customer like a criminal. They have 10,000 cameras in the store but still do nothing to shop shoplifting. You’ll waste 15 minutes standing in line so the CEO can get another multi million dollar bonus. Customers visibly frustrated by long waits. Plan to unintentionally spend extra time here because the checkouts are so slow. Whoever decided to close the self checkouts should not be making management decisions."

"I'm a huge fan of this Walmart mainly because the staff here are incredibly kind and helpful. Recently, a busy young woman, amidst her shopping duties, guided me across the store to find an item I needed—a gesture I truly appreciated. While I usually rely on my phone to locate items, it doesn't always work out. On the downside, they often lack what I'm looking for, and sometimes, the produce in my pick-up orders is disappointing. Although the app suggests returning items, it's often inconvenient, leading me to discard them. Nonetheless, that's part of the trade-off with pick-up services. Overall, it's still worthwhile."

"Custom service could be better. I waited a hour and a half to pick up my tires (with no one in line) back in the tire shop. They kept saying they couldn't find my tires, about a hour and fifteen minutes go by and they said I still can't find your tires, so I said let me call the corporate office and have them find them. The person "helping me" said wait a second let me look one more time and I'm no magician but they appeared like magic fifteen minutes later..."
