"Cares more about money than your mental health. Apparently it is their "policy" to be extremely rude to you when you ask to reschedule an appointment rather than pay 70 dollars for a late fee of a 10 minute appointment. 10 minutes! the lady on the phone treated me like a child and acted as if I was being a burden for asking for some kind of reprieve for this late fee after years of loyalty. Thanks to this behavior from her, I will NEVER return and will always advise people against coming to pathways."
