Apparently it is their "policy" to be extremely rude to you when you ask to reschedule an appointment rather than pay 70 dollars for a late fee of a 10 minute appointment. 10 minutes! the lady on the phone treated me like a child and acted as if I was being a burden for asking for some kind of reprieve for this late fee after years of loyalty. Thanks to this behavior from her, I will NEVER return and will always advise people against coming to pathways."
