"I have purchased several vehicle batteries at this store. I've worked as a vehicle technician for 25 years. I bought a 3 yr warranty battery and it tested bad on cranking amps after a year of use. I re- charged to be sure but the battery still showed 437 CCA and was rated at 800 CCA. I called Chris the manager and he said I would need to drop it off so they could charge and test it. I told him I already did that so I'm using the vehicle and would need a loaner if he insisted on testing it. Chris didn't help me. I'm taken aback at the lack of concern for my situation and have decided to just take the loss and purchase another battery from somewhere else. Customer service doesn't exist like it used to and that's a shame. Update: Oct 27 2023 I took my Jeep into the dealer and they went through the vehicle and confirmed it was a bad battery cell. New battery and service labor with diagnostic cost me $440.60. Battery Systems refused to take responsibility."
