"Edit: the manager of the service department gave me a call, gave a very professional apology, and definitely made the situation right. I’ll be going back for future car service and just getting a ride home if service is supposed to take long. Their website says no need to schedule an appointment for just an oil change as it’s an “Express Service” but I went in on a Thursday morning and waited close to two hours. They never mentioned the wait would be long or apologized for how long it took which was quite frustrating as I would’ve planned my morning differently."
