"The manager Al was amazing!!! She helped me change a headlight where the cap was super stuck (I had tried on my own for 2 hours to get it off and tried everything to get it undone without luck)!! Also it was in cruddy weather (rain snow mix). I know she didn't have to do that, but I wasn't sure who else to call. THANK YOU! So much for all your help, I really really appreciate it!!"

"Charged me $40 for a headlight fix. A few hours later when it's dark out I come to realize 4 out of 6 bulbs were never even replaced. Starting to realize most American retailers have absolutely no idea how European cars work. Not sure why they can't just be upfront and admit they have no clue what they're doing, instead of scamming people for a service they can't even perform. Smh, back to the dealership I go."

"License plate, when dangling off the back end of my car by a thread, Sunday afternoon. Stopped in for a couple of screws. Of course, my European bar requires extra special sizes! A really super nice, friendly, kind, woman cashier, helped me solve the problem, and even lent a screwdriver; she spent all kinds of her time helping me get home safely. Thanks to her… avoided being pulled over and fined. I hope her boss gives her extra special recognition."

"My car battery needed to be replaced, I called a couple local mechanics who each quoted me about $300. I went to AutoZone to get an opinion and they told me on the spot they would replace my battery and recycled it too (also got a discount for recycling with them) for no charge. All I had to do was purchase the battery from them. Mel and Al did a fantastic job! Thank you both for being amazing!"
