"I don’t recommend this place at all especially for clients with a language barrier. The billing/UR department needs a little more training when it comes to submitting authorizations. They end up charging you for regular priced services instead of billing your insurance. They not once returned my phone call regarding my mothers visits even after she had agreed to sign an ROI which we didn’t get a response to that as well. Completely took advantage of a grieving Spanish speaking only client. Very disappointed. Do better especially since Northeastern Colorado has such a limited amount of resources."
