"Absolutely do not go here at any cost. They billed my insurance after I requested to use EAP for 5 sessions. I'm now getting billed out-of-network as well as the services being coded for services I didn’t receive. My insurance is in-network and they confirmed that before I started counseling. When I reached out to the person who does billing, Juli, she called me rude and said she won’t work with me on the issue. This is completely unprofessional and horrible to say. I think this place is committing insurance fraud and over-billing for services. I will be looking into taking legal action."
