"The good? I filled out the online form and he got back to me fairly quickly and asked that I send an email, which I'd already done. He responded to that email about 8 hours later and let me know he would be out of the office the following week and offered some appointment times. I was so relieved to have something on the horizon due to anxiety issues I'd been having. I responded immediately with my preferred appointment times and have heard nothing since... Very disappointing. You'd think someone at the office could have gotten back to me to let me know I was scheduled. Or at least followed up?
