"Wow! I am so impressed with the Tecovas store in Denver! I purchased a pair of Cartwright cowboy boots a few years ago but only wore them a few times. I decided it was time to start wearing them. They’re exceptionally well made and look great. I realized the boots were slipping and went in to the store to see if there was any way to make them tighter. I was assisted by a great rep who really showed interest in helping me. I was informed there wasn’t any way to tighten them but they would exchange them instead. I was very surprised they were willing to do this. A manager took over handling the exchange and he was just as nice. My new boots will arrive in the next few days! Tecovas has earned a lifetime customer!! Thank you Tecovas Denver!! You’re all great!!!"

"Last week I went in to try on some boots to find the best size and fit for the style that I was looking for. I was approached by Kellen who saw me looking at some options. I had already let him know in the beginning of our interaction that I was just looking and not ready to buy today. He gave me a full run down on the options I was looking at, giving me a comparison between the styles, fit, boot materials etc. I asked him to bring out two sizes in two different styles and he was very patient while I tried all of them on to get the best fit. I grabbed his card and left. As a salesman he never once tried to steer me to a more expensive option, was honest when I asked about competitors and never once forced the sale. For these reasons, I showed up a few hours later and told him I was ready to purchase them and it was because of this interaction that I chose to come back the same day. I already knew what I wanted before going into the store that day, I already did my research and committed to the price but it was this interaction that made me purchase at this store instead of online or from another retailer that may have sold the product or something comparable. "I stopped by here last week looking at the Prescott. I’ve been eyeballing these online for about 6 months, got a wild hair and drove here from Colorado Springs. As soon as I entered the store I was happily greeted and asked if I wanted something to drink. I said a water would be nice and was offered a 16 oz can of fancy water in a Tecovas cozy. Nice. Tried these on and they fit perfectly. Looked snazzy and the sales guy was very helpful. Wasn’t sure I was going to buy but walked out with them after about 10 minutes. These are my 4th pair of Tecovas and my new favorite by far."
