"She runs too late!! Most recently had to wait 3 hours for my appt. Her office doesn’t communicate with pharmacy or other Dr offices."
"I will NEVER recommend Dr Nash to anyone. I started seeing her last year (I no longer see her anymore) Shes always running behind on her appts not just 30 minutes but an hour or 2! She failed to be concerned about my care, didn't care to discuss my high blood pressure, I ended up going to the ER then prescribed medication, I have a fatty liver that was never discussed which she put in my portal that it was, she also completed an colonscopy in my portal which was never done!, she was never concerned about Palpitations I was having or discussed my anxiety. She doesn't even deserve a 1 star, I give her a HARD 0!"
"If I could give Susan Nash a 0 stars, I would. My mother sees Dr. Nash at the Arbor Family location in Thornton. My mother has went to her for the last 3 years with concern of having diverticulitis, due to her symptoms. Every single time the doctor has disregarded her concern and told her she doesn’t have it. In December of 2022 my mother ended up in the hospital in excruciating pain. They ran tests and discovered, she did in fact have diverticulitis and she was prescribed an antibiotic. The infection was so bad that she ended back up back in the hospital, even after the course of antibiotics. Thankfully, she was able to see a specialist that was able to start her on stronger antibiotics until she could get in to have surgery (yes, it was so bad, she ended up needed major surgery). Before the surgery, my mom had to see her primary care which was Dr. Nash, to get an EKG and blood work done to make sure everything was fine to proceed with the surgery, Dr Nash failed to send over the results to the surgeon so he had no idea what he was getting himself in to. Once the doctor got in to do the surgery he said her intestine was almost entirely 100 percent closed up. He didn’t even expect it to be as bad as it was. I believe that Dr. Nash dropped the ball over and over and failed to diagnose my mother correctly so that she could be treated appropriately. Due to her negligence, my mother had to suffer. I pray to God that this doctor does not misdiagnose other patients like she did my mother! Anyone that neglects their patients this bad, doesn’t deserve to have a medical license."
"Horrible experience! I'm living with Cancer and during my visit Dr Nash told me more than a dozen times that I was dying from Cancer. She said no preventative measures since I was already dying. After being told to leave my medication alone because my Oncologist handles it, her staff changed all my meds into her name and reordered all. INCOMPETENT AND TERRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER! Don't waste your time seeing her!"
"Dr Nash is phenomenal! I can’t tell you how much I dread the doctors! I have never met a more personable and graceful doctor. My visit with Dr Nash agknowleged, addressed my concerns and also educated me. Dr Nash spent about 40 minutes with me and not once did I feel rushed. Dr Nash and Rachel even stayed 10 minutes after the office had closed and it was just the 3 of us. I am so grateful to have found a physician that genuinely cares! Dr Nash you are amazing!!!!"
