"My father needed to have 500 mls of blood drawn off due to him producing too many red blood cells. It is crucial that that amount was needed to be drawn. The staff drew 100 mls of the blood needed then sent him home. They said the blood had clotted and they couldn't draw anymore. The problem is they didn't try his other arm or even try to finish what was needed. He could have a heart attack or a stroke if this blood is not drawn. I called in to talk to a nurse about the situation. She told me she would have to talk to her staff and find out why they didn't try his other arm or what happened. They have not called him to come back and get more blood drawn off, nor have they called me about why the situation occured in the way that it had. This is the problem with health care why can't there be some follow through when someone said they would call. Why not call him back and schedule for another drawing. Why can't people care about their jobs!, And people!"
"I got a referral from my primary care doctor to come here for genetic counseling. I contacted them a half dozen times trying to schedule an appointment. A year later, and I have yet to get anything scheduled. They have repeatedly taken down my information with a promise to follow up, but they never have. They also referred me to two separate third party providers, but no one ever followed up. Extremely disorganized."
"Rocky Mtn Cancer Ctr is a nice, welcoming, and clean facility. The staff is friendly and very helpful. My oncologist, Dr Gregory Britt is really the reason why I make the 1.5 hr drive. He is amazing, knowledgeable and KIND! Dr. Britt is the very best and I'm so thankful to him for taking such great care of me during my cancer battle. I am forever grateful ♥️"
"Going to my doctors visits for the last 5-years for anemia, from returned phone calls, checking in and being greeted with a smile for appointments at the front desk has always been a "Great" experience. Dr. Busby has a very calm and welcoming demeanor. He always goes over my test result and concerns thoroughly. He makes sure to inform me to keep regularly yearly exams with my other doctors to stay healthy. I recommend Dr. Busby and his team who truly care for and about their patients."
"Upon the first visit we were feeling overwhelmed due to whole new atmosphere, new offices for us, and whole new diagnosis. All the staff is so friendly and so helpful! Never felt lost or out of place! Very happy with Dr. Sitarik, PA Holly and entire staff, still learning all the names! Thank you Rocky Mountain Cancer Center for the care and attention."
