"Trisha Quon is an outstanding provider. In addition to being whip smart and professional, she has the type of compassionate bedside manner you always hope you'll receive from medical professionals. Where others may have easily been dismissive of my, albeit very minor, chief complaint (small cyst in my hand), I was treated with sincerity, presented with several options for treatment and never felt as though she was rushing through an unimportant appointment. Despite this glowing review, hope I don't have to return for further intervention! If I do though, I'd go so far to say i'd look forward to the care provided by this office!"
"I had hernia surgery with Dr. Fox in 2021; and my experience was amazing!! In 2022, I was feeling a breast lump so I went to see Dr Fox, knowing he was also a breast surgeon. I am forever thankful that he found my Triple Negative Breast Cancer and referred me to the best oncologists. I honestly feel like he saved my life!!"
"Dr. Fox is uncommonly likable and should stand as the epitome of good medical practice. I always felt that I and all of my questions were valued. I understood the options clearly. Care was compassionate. Support staff are wonderful. All around what I wish every medical experience could be."
"My experience with alpine surgical has been very poor! Leaving me with months of work and in extreme pain . After working for months getting my insurance approved and having alpine cancel and reschedule my appointment three times I was then told by Alpine they would not take me as a client since I canceled my appointments? This made no sense since alpine was the one that canceled the appointments not me ?? I have been put on hold 15 to 20 times and forgotten about I have been promised phone calls back and waited weeks with no response , this facility is being run in a very unprofessional and disorganized manner. The woman I was working with Amy has been condescending, rude, un compassionate and extremely difficult to work with. I am currently waiting for a phone call back from Tim St. Louis who runs the facility we will see what happens from here."
"I walk between 5 and 10 miles at a time several times a week. After walking up a 30 degree incline on nearly half a mile long road with wind at my face gusting over 40 miles an hour I ripped two muscles that had been repaired many years earlier. After searching Colorado for hernia surgery I found two places. This one had a similar address to my numbers. I also have an affinity large show dogs and wolves. After reviewing their center I chose to use Dr Richard Fox. His staff and assistants were all very nice to me. They made me feel very comfortable since I was a new patient for them. On the day of my first surgery Dr. Fox was in an emergency surgery so I had to wait for a few hours. They did offer to have another surgeon Dr. Akin Beckley do the operation if I did not want to wait. I thought that was very decent of them. Since I had already met with Dr. Fox and his staff I decided to wait for him. Later that day Dr. Beckley came over to meet with me and offered to answer any questions for me. He seemed like a very nice Dr. who cares about the patients. The surgery with Dr. Fox went fine. I decided to move my second surgery ahead for a couple more weeks so that I could recover for just a little bit more time. A few days before that surgery Colorado canceled elective surgeries because of the COVID19. They finally started allowing it again so I went to that surgery mid August. The second hernia repair went well. The prescription for pain was making me ill and they set me up with some medication at my pharmacy that took care of that issue. All went well. While I hope to never require any future surgeries as does anybody so I personally do feel comfortable with anybody on their staff. My experience with Alpine Surgical was great. Thanks for repairing my body. I am now exceeding six miles on my exercise walks and expect to get up to 10 miles soon."
