"Found a cute ornament to buy, then stood at the register for more than five minutes with no employees in sight. Even called them from inside the store, no answer. We were about to leave when a person walked in from the back area, and I asked if she was an employee. She said yes, then proceeded to half heartedly straighten merchandise, never asking if we needed help or if we were ready to check out (even though we were standing next to the check out, looking at her, holding an item). We left without purchasing. Yes, I realize I could have gotten her attention again and asked for help in a more forward manner, but at this point we were not interested in giving them our money. They do have cute stuff here, good luck buying it though."
