"My boyfriend loves this ski clothing company. We had placed an order on Black Friday and received it from virtika immediately. I did not open it because it was a Christmas present and when he did open it in Christmas morning, we were missing some of the promo items that were promised to us for ordering on Black Friday. I sent an email on Christmas Day regarding the issue that I had, and they sent me an email back same day on Christmas apologizing for the issue and offering a very fair way of rectifying the issue. Today I got a phone call from the company to make sure that that issue was resolved and I couldn’t be more appreciative. Not only are there ski clothing out of this world there Customer Service was impeccable. Thank you guys for helping me save Christmas!"

"Should’ve read reviews before buying. Seemed like a cool brand, so I have them a shot and bought a few items - base layers mostly. The sizing was super weird. Unsure how they determined their specs, but was waaay off for me. I’m a bigger guy but nothing out of the norm. I even tried to just upsize everything and gave it another shot…still no good. The dimensions are just poorly thought out. Buy from somewhere else."

"I purchased a Signature Jacket on sale about 4 years ago and it is still one of my favorites. The quality is excellent and the XLT fits my 6-foot-7 frame perfectly - which is uncommon. I get tons of compliments. I would buy another jacket, but most of the current ones do not have a "discreet" style that I enjoy."
