"Not the best customer service. “Sales” girls were unhelpful. Then upon checking out, they refused to accept my gift card and told me the gift card was only for the store it was purchased at. It was purchased at a grocery store in LA, not at a Sephora store. It also very clearly says on the gift card that it is for use at all stores and online. I put almost everything back except a couple of necessity items because I didn’t feel like spending much money here. Went to a different Sephora, had a much better experience and purchased way more items."

"Placed an online pick up order for this Sephora. Picked it up Tuesday morning. The girl at the pick up counter was so mean. She ignored me 3 times while scrolling on her handheld device. Then she gave me the wrong order. Overall, not good service or experience. She should reconsider her job choice if she doesn't like working with the public, as that's how I felt leaving."

"Went in there Saturday the 13th to purchase a gift for my mom and after arriving to the checkout I learned that they had suspected me of stealing. Only after spending over $150 did they change their mind. It’s demoralizing to suspect someone of that simply for walking around. You’ve lost a customer."

"I hate this location. The only reason I came to this one is because it was the only one in the area that had the setting powder in stock that I needed. When I walked in I knew exactly what I wanted to get the lady as her job asks “can I help you find anything” I said no I’m fine thank you. As that is her job. However she gets on her earpiece to talk to her coworker saying to “watch me” and has the girl follow me around. All I did was walk into the store. Once I grabbed what I was looking for I walked directly to the front to pay. Because didn’t want anyone to assume I’m stealing anything, and didn’t even in the slightest want to browse to potentially buy more items. I have the integrity and moral code to pay for my items. Thank you. I get you have to do inventory control. But I don’t appreciate the profiling this location does. This isn’t the first time they have done this. Another time I had my significant other get a restock of the concealer I regularly use and they did the exact thing to him. I don’t have this problem at any other Sephora. Do better Southglenn"
