"I turned into disposable cameras to be developed which were 27 shots each. I paid for doubles along with a disk, and only received a total of 25 pictures in total. The first representatives told me there is nothing they can do, and that Fujifilm will only develop what they can. Even though half of the pictures from the first batch were developed, that were some even completely blacked out. As I spoke to the manager, James, he wanted to take no responsibility at all, and put everything on Fujifilm, Even though Walgreens charged me the full price. As I asked for reimbursement, he said there is still nothing he can do because it’s through Fuji film. How is Fujifilm going to reimburse me when Walgreens took payment? Walgreens finally did not mention any of this risk at all and our pictures from Europe are now ruined, lost or just gone. Try being a better manager, don’t talk over people and take care of customers that put trust in you. No wonder this place has such a low rating!!! I hope somebody will take notice to the trend!!!"
"Does anyone at Walgreens care? I feel sorry for the overworked technicians who I know are doing their best for a company that obviously understaffs and probably underpays their employees. Would love to know what the CEO is making? And the stockholders. Always a nice long line at Walgreens but next-door at King Soopers. They have much better service."
"The pharmacist I spoke to today was very rude. It’s not my issue they are short staffed. Go somewhere else folks. The pharmacist told me I couldn’t get my meds today because she was short staffed and she wasn’t work any harder than she had to. I explained I’m out of the med and have been trying to get it filled thru them and she said it wasn’t her problem and it might be ready tomorrow. Called the one on Buckley and Smokey Hill and they have no issues filling it. Whoever this pharmacist (female) is at this location needs to be fired. She’s awful"
"Like many in this review section, I’m finally done with this Walgreens. The two techs (a young man and woman are amazing, and I truly thank you for everything you do.) BUT, the female pharmacist (strong accent) is ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS to work with. I fill a monthly prescription that I have to make 2-3 calls about because 1. It’s never in stock and they don’t automatically order it 2. The app is worthless and doesn’t give correct info. Yesterday I called to ask if it was in stock and of course, no. The tech was an amazing btw. She said it would be here tomorrow afternoon and ran it on my insurance because we’ve had issues with a change in insurance the beginning of the year..she said everything went through ok! I was optimistic until this afternoon when the app said “delayed, reviewing insurance”. So, I call to see what is going on. I get the not-so-pleasant pharmacist. I explained what was going on, and she out right said “we don’t have it, I don’t know what to tell you.” Excuse me? She continued to speak over me and I finally said “will you let me speak?!” She actually tried to transfer me to the tech who helped me yesterday! Come to realize she was looking at the wrong prescription and said “oh well, it’s here but your insurance isn’t working, we will fill it when you come in.” I’m literally pulling my hair out at this point because I already explained the insurance issue. I told her it was ran yesterday and it was fine…guess what, it ran through fine. I’m sick of the attitude, not listening to understand, no problem solving skills..maybe a language/culture barrier, but I’ve dealt with the same crap, every month for a year. BEWARE of this Walgreens."
"I wrote originally how slow they were. Then I bothered to ask the gentleman helping me what was the situation? He told me his helper called off. He was actually the pharmacist and fulfilling every role they had that day. Filling RX, helping people at the regular window, helping people at the drive up window, and answering the phone. I immediately felt bad for the review I wrote about this one man trying to do it all. And he wasn’t even complaining, he wasn’t trying for sympathy. This is unacceptable for him. Walgreens can afford to pay more staff so if you have one person call out sick, the business can still run. I hope for his sake he looks elsewhere to work where he’s not dealing with this. The original ignorant post: I’ve sat in line at the drive thru as the car at the window now for 15 minutes while no one has even acknowledged me. There’s one person working on a Saturday. Now they finish and are helping someone else who got there after me. Still no acknowledgement."
