"Great selection of items, but unfortunately due to poor customer service, I opted to shop & spend my money elsewhere. I never, ever like to leave poor reviews, especially on a small business because I know the work it takes for them to build a good rapport in the community. However, I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, so this review is necessary. I walked in and the worker, a woman with greyish hair at the register walked right past me twice and didn’t even look my way, much less speak or ask if I may have needed help. I thought maybe she was just having an off day until I saw her kindly engage with two other customers who were over the age of 50 w/ a different complexion. I was disappointed to read some of this business’s responses to other customer reviews here that voiced similar concerns. It seems customers’ feelings (unless positive) are not acknowledged or made a priority. I’m hoping this review can be used as an opportunity to improve. I would hate for other customers to feel like I did and take their business elsewhere as well."

"Some cute stuff in there, I live in the neighborhood and used to love going here to look for home goods. The workers are rude and and condescending if you’re under the age of 50 in there. Tried to purchase something with a gift card I got from them (for spending a lot of money there this past year) and they wouldn’t let me use it 4 days expired. Can surely say they wouldn’t have done that if it were my mom who is usually with me in there who they treat kindly. Sad to see, treat everyone with respect, millennials have money to spend too, and it will no longer be at an establishment with unkind workers. A shame"

"Great variety of clothes, gifts and bunch of almost everything. At the same time very strict rules on return policy. We purchased outfit in evening and were going to return couple pieces NEXT morning and learned that there is no return policy, only exchange. Definitely would recommend to stop by and check out the place but make sure everything works for you before you buy it. Lady who worked there was very nice and professional."
