After purchasing a pair of their great Men's merino sheepskin moccasin slippers over a year ago, they just recently let me exchange them for a smaller size (12).The ones I had bought were a size too large (13) and I had to keep having to tie the laces on them which then tore after a short time. Also, all the employees I've spoken with have been so helpful. Great product and I highly recommend Overland!"
