"If I could rate 0 stars I would. This has been the single worst healthcare experience I have ever had. The therapist I worked with was fantastic, but every other aspect of this clinic has been a nightmare. The front desk lady named Deb is completely unprofessional and told me many things to get me to book an appointment, but then slowly every single aspect of what she told me turned out to be untrue including the price, payment process, and this clinic being out of network for my insurance. As someone who has been around many people working in this field I’ve been told that a PT clinic is only as good as their front desk, and this clinic is unfortunately a prime example of that. Don’t go here unless you’re someone who truly loves an unprofessional healthcare experience."

"I was referred to South Valley Therapy by a provider at UCHealth for an imbalance problem. I am fortunate to have being assigned Brooke Stewart to be my therapist. For the last five months, the therapy sessions with Brooke, and the assigned evolving home exercises, have been challenging and most effective in improving my balance condition. She not only is an excellent therapist, but a caring person concerned with my other medical conditions, i.e. diabetes, blood pressure, and neuropathy. Because of her, my provider at UCHealth referred me to a neurologist for a neuropathy evaluation.
