"Edit: I was overcharged two times for a service that was not rendered. One charge was credited electronically, while the second overcharge was to be refunded via a paper check. Unfortunately, they took several weeks to send out the check, and wound up sending it to an incomplete address, so I never received it. The billing department was condescending and dismissive and advised that they would not be able to cancel the check until it is returned back to them. So here we are, three months after being overcharged and still waiting for them to make it right. In a word, this clinic is phenomenal. I'm always treated with dignity and respect. My symptoms are closely followed by Dr. Brett Green and the treatments offered have been helpful in reducing a good deal of my pain from lifelong moderate scoliosis. They can even help cut through the horrible red tape when there are issues with getting tests such as MRIs when they are denied by these awful insurance companies. I'm very grateful for all that they've done for me!"
