"I'm very fortunate to have Dr. Kimberly Larson-Ohlsen on my wellness team. She is a compassionate human being, in addition to being an integrative and knowledgable doctor. She truly listens and offers traditional, as well as alternative medicine solutions (I've been seeing her for acupuncture and it has made a huge difference in how I feel). She is also a very "on-time" doctor, which is rare, but super helpful if you have a busy work schedule! I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to take their medical care to a higher level!"

"Biggest waste of time she literally knew nothing and just shook her head and smiled the entire appointment I left with literally no answers. I am honestly not even sure what she does because I spent my whole appointment educating her on female issues she knew nothing about. Glad I wasted time off work and money to come only to get told to diagnose myself at home. Wont be back"

"It takes a lot for me to write a negative review especially one in the medical field. I do this with an open mind and heart however with mine current broken. I've struggled with PCOS since my early 20's when I going through the pregnancy journey. Fast forward to now dealing with a very lack luster primary care doctor that has treated my PCOS as more of a nuisance than something to help. I was referred to Dr. Laroson-Olsen in error thinking she was an endocronologist and waited 2 months to get in to see her. She was extremely kind and patient with me as I burst into tears explaining my journey to her only to find out it was the wrong place to be. It was aparent she was not the person when her annoyance began to show. I am now 40, no longer wanting to have kids and struggling with hormone issues. When I mentioned speicific issues her first line of answering was a therapist. Ouch, not helpful! Then in the notes on Mychart it mentioned she talked to me about diabetes, that conversation went more of me mentioning a blood test confirming my AC1 was normal and diabetes was not a concern. She put in the notes something completely different and a lie. She did schedule a ultrasound for me to see how things were looking related to PCOS. Only to have the results messaged to me through MyChart, never to have a conversation which had she it would have been communicated the ultrasound was extremely painful. The lack of empathy, customer care, attention to details, and just plain decency left little to be desired. it's hard enough finding physicians that understand PCOS but this was a whole different level. I've spent the last few days crying and feeling like I'm alone and that it's come to a point I'm giving up on doctors. Is this how it is now?"

"Moved into the area & looking to establish as a new patient. The receptionist who answered the phone was very warm & polite, she scheduled me next day. The check in was seamless & the service I received was wonderful. Dr. Larson made me feel 100% comfortable & at ease. She even put on spa music to help me relax. She was easy to talk to & made helpful recommendations. Also to note: At check in the receptionist walked me to a seat & wiped it down I’m front of me. The In-house pharmacy was fast,by the time I took the elevator down to the 2nd floor they were expecting me. Total took 5-7mins wow!!!"
