"Extremely disappointed in the quality of care here. I had an ultrasound/ scan done at an imaging center. After the scan, I called Foothills to understand my result and see if it was important. They explained that they would like to discuss the results in person the next day. I show up and Dr. Dunn walks in saying the results are clear, everything looks good, & I don't need to be here. They charged me $200 for that visit that did not need to happen. $200 is a lot of money for me. It could have been answered with a simple 5 minute phone call. The front desk lady seemed very defensive when I confronted this to them. It seems like they will take advantage of your money whenever possible. Never going back to this place & advising all my friends & family to look elsewhere."
