"Amazing staff! Loved our experience with the awesome team who helped us welcome our 2nd baby. Great views, and location. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The queen bed was wonderful for both myself and husband to have. Rooms are outdated and tough to get comfortable in, especially after delivery and trying to establish good breastfeeding. Hard wooden rocking chair or very outdated office chair were not comfortable to sit in, could not imagine if I had a tear to try to even begin to sit in those options. Bed was comfortable but for only so long to sit in. Food was ok, we had a few times that items were missed or trays were not delivered that we had to call back a few times to request them to be fixed. I greatly appreciated having PT come to talk about ergonomics with a baby but also consider the ergonomics of your patients while sitting in the rooms."

"Feels like being at a hotel! The views are amazing, the food is delicious, and they have queen size beds so you can be really comfy. I suggest bringing a nose machine and an eye mask to block out normal hospital machinery and your own pillow and blanket. Chelsea and Rachel are fabulous nurses, that love their jobs, love babies and love Mama's. I was so well taken care of."

"The stuff here nearly killed me and my baby. They sent me home with my water broken and I got to the second hospital not even 24 hours later and I was diagnosed with prolonged rupture of membranes. I was quickly dismissed with a condescending attitude from the staff. These people are dangerous to have around your baby. They think they know better than a woman who is literally in labor. I had to have an emergency C-section at the other hospital. Thank God I had enough sense to go to another hospital. Me and my baby would be dead right now."

"The Family Birth Center was wonderful for the experience of welcoming our daughter into the world. The facility is beautiful, and the staff incredibly caring and helpful. We worked with Foothills Community Midwives for our birth care provider, and found the combination of the Center with midwife care to be the perfect fit for our low-intervention, low-risk birth - but also had the assurance of a full hospital facility should the need arise. Postpartum care was excellent; multiple visits from lactation consultants, lots of help from the wonderful nurses, and check-ins from a pelvic floor therapist, pediatrician, etc. to get us started on the right foot. An excellent start to the adventure of parenthood!"
