If you make a ship to home order that cannot be fulfilled you will receive an email saying you will receive a refund. You will not receive that refund without multi day communication with their Financials Department via email. No, the store cannot refund an order that was placed at the store. I will never make another purchase from Famous Footwear again."

I mean, they closed the store, RIGHTFULLY SO, if you were in their situation, you would have closed the store too. You should honest to God be praising the management for closing the store to PROTECT THEIR STAFF, their safety matters 10000x more than keeping the store open for spoiled rotten little girls like you.
