"very bad experience, a worker named Devon literally accused me of wanting to steal the things I had obviously paid for, I was looking for a gift and just because I put my things in a gift bag, he didn't let me explain anything to him and I just put them there so he wouldn't I demand an apology and tomorrow I'm going to go talk to the manager and demand that he apologize to me..."

"Every SINGLE time I come into the store, it is SUPER clean! Their is never EVER any clutter any where, the aisles are always free of trash and nothing is ever in the way! The store manager is always warm welcoming and she is ALWAYS their when I go in! She is the sweetest lady and is always smiling! I feel like she needs a vacation before the holidays because she is always their! I would honestly rather come to the longmont location than westminister, 25 min drive to shop a clean store than 10 minutes ill take any day!"

"I won't ever shop here again. Waited in line for a long time watching the 2 cashiers talking and looking at their phones while "checking out" customers. The manager came up and answered a question from the cashiers. Even though the line to pay was long, she left without opening another cashier station. Another shopper asked the cashiers if they could get another line opened as it was taking so long. The cashier said we could go shop some more. What a ridiculous reply. With this level of service, this store won't be in business long. Poor selection of items as well."

"I thought I could find a nice wool dress-coat here. I could 15 years ago. But now Burlington isn't much different from Marshall's or TJ Max or Ross, with just cheaper line items of once-quality brand names. The "wool" coats I did find were thin and 50% polyester. Nothing longer or of really high-quality material."

"Firstly I would like to say this location and staff are phenomenal! The store is always clean organized and well stocked. The management and associates are always friendly and inviting. I am however very disappointed about the change in hours. I did all of my Burlington shopping between 8-9 am. I really miss being able to shop there. I will however be able to pop in once every couple of months instead of my twice weekly. I really hope the hours get switched back in the future to accommodate Burlingtons working clientele."
