"I had a wonderful experience at the Longmont Kohl's. I had been declined more than once for their credit card and I did not understand why because my credit is fine there's an associate there who is the customer service manager her name is Heather and she helped me figure out why I was being declined and it was a simple glitch or typo with my address. I think the world of Heather she is very good with customers she knows her job well and she made my shopping at Kohl's a lot of fun. I will return on a regular basis and it's her fault LOL"

"I really like this store. It gets a lot of traffic and sometimes that shows at peak times. I think this says more about disrespectful patrons than it does the staff, though, who are amazing humans and kind to me every time I visit. There is otherwise a good selection of clothing and footwear. The home section is worth checking out during sales. I feel really fortunate that there's a Kohl's right here at home."
