With no notice except one alleged letter that they claim they put in the mail that I never received (not certified), I discovered months later they had canceled my insurance! When I called them, they wouldn't do anything to help - by even giving me a binder to try to find something else. AWFUL experience. I check my email everyday! Why on earth they would mail an uncertified letter, with no emails, phone calls, etc is beyond me. Further, it seemed like their reason for canceling was fabricated. But whatever.
